Slow smoked the traditional way in Grimsby, our skin on salmon side is packed with deep, natural flavour from being gently kiln smoked over real wood chippings. This time honoured method gives every bite that rich, smoky depth salmon lovers crave.

This whole side of Salmon is supplied skin on and boneless, ready to enjoy and serve as a stunning centrepiece. Salmon is an incredible fish for its health benefits and impact on the planet. And when you serve a salmon fillet, it's not just a delicious meal but also a show-stopping centrepiece that will leave your guests in awe.

Not only is salmon a delight to eat, but it's also beneficial for your health. As an oily fish, it's a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA & DHA), essential for maintaining normal cholesterol levels and supporting heart, brain, and vision health. The NHS recommends consuming at least one portion of oily fish per week for improved health. Additionally, salmon is an source of protein, vitamin B12, and selenium, an antioxidant that plays a role in the normal function of the immune and thyroid systems.

Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring, and with our whole salmon fillets, you can create an excellent and nutritious meal that will impress your taste buds and guests. Please note we may sometimes offer a part fillet for smaller weights due to the irregular sizes of fillets.

We buy our salmon from sustainable farms in Norway and Scotland to ensure a consistent annual supply of high-quality salmon. Working closely with our suppliers, we ensure best practices and that the farms remain certified as sustainable and ethical. Our salmon is expertly processed to create chunky fillets guaranteeing only the best end products for our customers. The fillets are then vacuum-packed to maximise the goodness and incredible taste. You can even pop them straight in your freezer to use later.
